What's new at Ca' Da l'Era…
What awaits you when you arrive at our home, at the Ca' da l'Era Agricultural Company ?
You will surely find a tiny corner of Pieve Vergonte where cars don't pass and where our stone house is a bit of a master, a very rustic space immersed in the greenery of the countryside.
You will not find the vineyards near the winery as you usually see everywhere, for the simple fact that our house was that of the great-grandparents and great-great-grandparents, dating back to the late 1700s and renovated in 2012 maintaining the original structure, the beautiful stone vaults and many precious memories and where the vineyards were planted on the terraces often distant.
A family environment where you will feel pampered as if you were at home. Our philosophy of life is this: to feel good in company, to make people feel at ease and why not, to eat and drink in a genuine way.
Because in the end our wine and our products are what they are: genuine.
We pay great attention to the vineyards, often obsessively, as well as to the vegetable garden and small fruits.
We try to cultivate according to nature, following the seasons and the lunar phases. We limit phytosanitary treatments in the vineyard to a minimum, keeping the wine as “natural” as possible.
Depending on the season, you can taste and buy, in addition to wine, many local products, including Anzola d'Ossola polenta flour, produced with a rare and native corn, Passito biscuits produced for us in Macugnaga, cheese from the local dairy, whose cows eat the grass from our meadows, salami from the Anzasca Valley, honey from Cimamulera, corn biscuits produced with Beura flour and last but not least, various jams and preserves.
New year, new site.
As you may have noticed, we have also renewed our website cadalera.it , which undoubtedly needed a dynamic and youthful imprint like our dear web designer and friend Gianluca Oberoffer, who thanks to his inventiveness and genius, was able to create a perfect space for our needs.
A modern and flowing showcase, clear and without too many frills.
