This jam comes from my mother's mind, a brilliant idea, with an unmistakable and well-balanced flavor. The fruit used is chosen at the maximum degree of ripeness and often used with the peel as it is absolutely untreated.

Yellow peaches (45%), whole figs (35%), beet sugar, lemon juice, fruit pectin.
